Richinnovations provides custom technology services, digital marketing services, ERP development, design solutions, business consultancy, and other professional services as listed on our website and agreed in project proposals.
We do not sell physical goods or digital products through our website. All payments collected through our website are solely for service invoices raised by the company.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or paying for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. Richinnovations reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Richinnovations agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete information required to execute the project.
• Respond promptly to approvals, clarifications, or documentation requests.
• Ensure that any content, data, or material provided to us does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Comply with payment schedules as per invoices or agreements.
• Adhere to the scope defined in the proposal or contract.
5. Service Engagement & Project Scope
All service engagements are based on proposals, quotations, or agreements mutually approved by both parties.
• Any additional feature, work, or requirement outside the agreed scope will be treated as “additional work” and may require a separate quotation.
• Turnaround times depend on timely inputs, availability, and complexity of the project.
• Richinnovations reserves the right to decline services that violate ethical, legal, or regulatory guidelines.
6. Payment Terms
• Richinnovations uses Online payment gateway as the authorized payment gateway for receiving service payments.
• Payments must be made only through officially shared links, invoices, or bank accounts belonging to Richinnovations.
• Once payments are made for services already initiated or delivered, they are non-refundable, unless the agreement explicitly states otherwise.
• GST and applicable taxes will be added as per Indian law.
• Work will commence or continue only after receiving the required advance payment unless stated otherwise.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As Richinnovations provides professional, effort-based services customized for each client:
• Payments made for consultancy, marketing, design, development, or any service already initiated are non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests for ongoing projects must be submitted in writing.
• Any unpaid dues for completed or partially completed work must be settled by the client.
• In rare cases where a refund is deemed applicable, it will be processed after internal review and solely at the discretion of Richinnovations.
8. Payment Gateway Usage
• All financial transactions are processed securely through online payment gateways.
• Richinnovations does not store card details, banking information, or sensitive data related to payments.
• Any technical failures, downtime, or issues on the payment gateway side must be resolved directly with online payment gateway after informing Richinnovations.
9. Intellectual Property
• All content, code, designs, creatives, strategies, documents, and materials developed by Richinnovations remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.
• After complete payment, ownership of deliverables shifts as per the project agreement.
• Richinnovations reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio for marketing purposes unless mutually restricted.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared for the execution of services.
Confidential information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without written consent, except when required by law.
11. Website Use
Users may access the website for informational purposes only.
You agree not to:
• Copy, distribute, or modify website content without permission
• Misuse the website for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to breach or test website security features

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the service invoice paid by the client.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party errors, policy changes, or downtime.

All services are subject to Indian laws.
