Refund Policy

Richinnovations Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Richinnovations”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides custom technology, marketing, and consultancy services to clients based on formal proposals, agreements, and approved scopes of work. This Return & Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all service engagements made through richinnovationsplc.com or via our official payment channels.
By making a payment to Richinnovations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Richinnovations provides service-based offerings only.
We do not sell physical goods or digital products that can be returned.
All payments collected—whether through online payment gateway, bank transfer, or any authorized method—are strictly against invoices issued for services rendered or being rendered.
2. No Return Policy
Since we do not sell products, there is no return policy applicable.
Once services are initiated or completed, they cannot be “returned” in any form.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the professional, effort-based, and time-bound nature of our work, Richinnovations does not offer refunds for payments made for:
• Web development, ERP, or software services
• Digital marketing, SEO, social media, or advertising services
• Design and branding services
• Business consultancy or strategy services
• Telesales, BPO, or resource outsourcing services
• Any custom or project-based service
• Any service for which work has already commenced
This includes:
• Partial payments
• Advance payments
• Milestone payments
• Full invoice payments
• Retainer-based payments
Once a payment is made and the service has started or been delivered, it is non-refundable.
4. Project Cancellation
If a client wishes to discontinue a project:
• A written cancellation request must be submitted to sales@richinnovationsplc.com
• All work completed up to the date of cancellation must be fully paid
• Any unpaid invoices for completed or partially completed work remain payable
• No refund will be issued for the advance amount or any amount already paid
Richinnovations reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payments are delayed or terms are violated.
5. Payment Gateway
All payments are securely handled through our payment gateway or other official channels.
• Richinnovations does not store credit card, debit card, or banking details
• Any payment failures must be taken up with our payment gateway, and we will assist where possible
• Successful transactions cannot be reversed by Richinnovations
6. Service Quality & Disputes
We ensure the highest professional standards in all our services.
In case of concerns related to service quality or delivery:
• Clients may raise a complaint via email
• Our team will review the concern and provide support, adjustments, or clarifications
• This does not entitle the client to a refund, unless explicitly stated in a custom written agreement
7. Exceptions
Refunds are not offered under any circumstance except in rare cases where:
• A duplicate payment has been accidentally made
• A billing error has occurred on our end
Such cases will be verified internally, and valid refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
8. Client Responsibility
By engaging our services, clients agree to:
• Read and understand the service scope before making payments
• Provide timely information, documents, and feedback
• Ensure that they are paying against an official invoice issued by Richinnovations
Payments once made toward services will be considered as acceptance of the terms agreed.
